Order Processing

Orders placed before 2pm CET are processed and shipped the same business day.

Orders placed after 2pm CET, during weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.

Shipping Times

We offer free insured worldwide shipping on every order.

Estimated delivery usually takes around 10 business days, depending on your location and local carrier processing times.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking details by email.

Please allow a few hours for the tracking information to update after dispatch, as carrier systems may not show movement immediately.

Customs & Import Duties

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price unless stated otherwise.

Incorrect Shipping Address

If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Delays, Lost or Damaged Packages

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unused, and returned in its original packaging.

Warranty

Every watch is backed by our 2-year official warranty against manufacturing defects.

This warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by unauthorized repairs.
